This policy explains how EarnStarter handles information submitted through the recruitment website and how optional advertising analytics are used.
Information submitted with an application
When you apply, we collect your name, Telegram username, applicant type, professional specialisation, language, application time, landing page, referrer and campaign parameters such as UTM values. We do not request passwords, OTPs, private keys, wallet recovery phrases or banking credentials through the application form.
How application information is used
Application details are used to save and review your profile, assess potential role suitability, arrange recruitment contact, prevent abuse, keep recruitment records and respond to applicant requests.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
When the privacy-choice feature is enabled, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics are treated as optional measurement tools and are not loaded until you allow optional analytics. If you allow them, these services may receive browser or device information, page and event information, cookies or similar identifiers and advertising click identifiers. A successful application can be measured as a lead event.
When Meta Conversions API is configured, EarnStarter can also send a server-side lead event for applicants who allowed optional marketing measurement. This integration sends the event identifier, page URL and available browser/network identifiers used for measurement and deduplication. The EarnStarter integration does not send the applicant name or Telegram username to Meta.
Essential attribution and security
The site may keep first-party campaign parameters and landing/referrer information with the application so the recruitment team can understand where the application originated. Security tools such as Cloudflare Turnstile may be used when configured.
Third-party services
Depending on the site configuration, service providers may include Telegram for recruitment communications, Meta for optional advertising measurement, Google Analytics for optional website measurement and Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse checks. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy documentation.
Storage and access
Applications are stored in the WordPress administration system. Access should be limited to authorised personnel and information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for recruitment, security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations.

You can choose necessary-only operation in the privacy controls. You may also request access, correction or deletion of your application where applicable by contacting earnstarter@gmail.com.
