Words such as official, verified or genuine are claims to check, not independent proof of a job opportunity. When reviewing online jobs in India, look for information that you can compare with sources outside the recruitment conversation.

Check the employer identity

Find the legal name of the contracting organisation, its registration details and a contact channel on its own website. Ask how the website brand relates to the legal entity named in the proposed agreement. A familiar logo or professional design does not answer that question.

Confirm the exact manager contact

Telegram display names and profile pictures can be copied. Compare the complete username with the contact published on the employer website. A manager knowing that you applied is not, by itself, proof that the account is authorised.

Review work and payment together

The offer should describe actual duties and explain how compensation is earned. Distinguish the first day on which work accrues compensation from the date a payment is sent. If any fee or deposit is requested, obtain an explanation and assess the arrangement before proceeding; do not assume it is part of an ordinary job application.

Protect access credentials

Never share passwords, OTPs or wallet recovery phrases. EarnStarter states that its operational roles do not require personal bank accounts. If someone gives instructions that conflict with the published terms, stop and verify the request through a separately checked contact.

Keep the written offer and relevant communications so that responsibilities and payment terms can be reviewed later.
